like i told you before i love the colors you chose for that logo darkeyes. much props. edges unclean but nothing that big of an issue.

am i being dumb? on the top layer when it says press ctrl+left were do i left click i tryed everything and do i use the magic wond and also when u sed pess ctrl+alt it doesnt work ?????????????

what? you are suppose to have the eliptical marquee tool and you hold ctrl+alt+left click and you should see an X right next to your mouse/cursor.
