Well, personally, I like it. Not sure who she was until I did a google search, but good use of subtle toning to bring out her face. Guessing this is a graphite drawing, going from the dust, but graphite is a great tool for shading, especially faces. Any chance you have a source image to compare it to, I wasn't able to find a good source on google. I must say, her lips look stretched, but that might be the way the photo was taken? Anyways, I really like the shadows and curvature of her face as defined by the graphite, it looks quite realistic.

well here is the colored version... the paper sucks so im going a different route and trying different paper.. attempting at drawing katy perry this time on this next piece.... but this is what i got for coloring mischa barton soo far...
